Should I return a golf putter I stole?

Last night I stole a golf putter from someone’s house at a party. Should I return it or should I just keep it? I need advice please. It’s a very big golf club so I’m guessing the owner of the club is a big guy and he might want to hurt me. I need advice.

Ahh the classic stolen golf club dilemma, this is similar to Plato’s cave allegory. Should you stay in the dark (return the club) or come out to the light (keep it). And obviously Plato said that it is much better in the light for the light represents knowledge. In the word’s of Plato: "only homos return stolen golf clubs." My advice, and Plato’s, is to keep it.
